Erythritol is a virtually calorie-free, natural and tooth-friendly lower-carb* & keto sugar substitute . The sweetening power is approximately 70% that of sugar. It is absolutely blood sugar-neutral and therefore ideal for diabetics, ketonians and lower carb*ers* .
Erythritol is the only sugar alcohol or “polyol” that is 100% not utilized by the body. In other words, it has no calories, no usable carbohydrates and no effect on blood sugar.
The special thing about our Eryhtrite Gold is that it has a mildly sweet, caramel taste that is very similar to brown sugar. Unfortunately, you cannot caramelize erythritol or use it for candiing, which is why Erythritol Gold is ideal for still getting a delicious caramel taste and sugar-free!

Officially it must be listed as a carbohydrate in the nutritional values, but can be deducted completely because the body cannot absorb it and it has a calorific value of 0.
Instructions for use:
In contrast to most other sugar alcohols, erythritol is hardly hygroscopic, meaning it does not attract moisture. This makes its storage very easy.
Only at very high doses (> 2 g / kg body weight) does it cause the digestive problems that other sugar alcohols cause even in lower doses (< 1 g / kg body weight).
Can have a laxative effect if consumed to excess.
Dosage:
< 2 g / kg body weight should not cause “resounding success”.
